This Construction Manager role supports an expanding in-house Ontario division and its six-storey apartment portfolio. You will oversee multiple sites, lead Project Managers and Site Superintendents, and manage sequencing, procurement, quality, safety, and operational performance. The work is primarily office and site-based, with remote flexibility when appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple six-storey stick-built apartment developments
Oversee phased buildings and concrete underground parkades
Build and lead construction teams
Own budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and safety




Establish scalable construction processes
Requirements: Extensive multi-storey stick-built residential experience
Experience overseeing multiple construction sites
Proven team development and leadership record
Robust sequencing, budgeting, and risk management knowledge
Comfort travelling between Vaughan-area sites
