This project delivery manager oversees consulting work from approach and staffing through schedules, controls, and outcomes. Responsibilities include managing client expectations, customer perceptions, subcontractors, and onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces. The position also supports sales estimates using Avanade standard tools and requires business acumen, contract understanding, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities: Determine project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule
Manage client expectations, updates, relationships, and governance participation
Lead change enablement throughout the project duration
Engage onshore, offshore,



and nearshore workforces, including SLAs
Assist sales through work effort and expense estimation
Requirements: Experience managing customer expectations and project management methods
Good understanding of contract terms and interpretation
Working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
Explicit oral and written communication with client presentation skills
Five to seven years of consulting project management experience
Use client leadership, delivery planning, contract knowledge, and change management skills to advance Avanade project outcomes.
