Trans Mountain seeks a contract professional for its Major Projects department. This full time, in-office assignment coordinates schedules across concurrent projects and EPC phases. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate planning across multiple concurrent projects
Develop Basis of Schedule documents and assumptions
Evaluate forecasts and recommend recovery strategies
Conduct Earned Value Analysis and schedule risk assessments
Validate third-party schedules for logic and accuracy




Requirements: Eight to ten years’ experience in EPC or EPCM environments
Oil and gas industrial construction scheduling background
Expert Primavera P6 resource loading and forecasting skills
Understanding of procurement, contracts, and construction management
Clear, respectful, professional communication across varied stakeholders
Bring oil and gas scheduling, forecasting, and stakeholder coordination experience to Trans Mountain’s capital project portfolio.
