As Manager, Business Performance & Strategic Initiatives, you will establish PWM performance capabilities and support leadership decisions. Partner with Finance and lines of business on P&L; management, forecasts, business assumptions, and quantitative analysis. Translate results into risks, opportunities, implications, and recommended actions.
Key Responsibilities: Drive recurring PWM performance and P&L; reviews
Develop assumptions, scenarios, forecasts, and planning analysis
Track revenue, expense, risks, and performance opportunities
Establish reporting processes and partner cadences




Prepare evidence-based executive recommendations and decision materials
Requirements: 7+ years of relevant business or strategy experience
Robust financial and business acumen
Comfort with models, quantitative analysis, and scenario planning
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
