SegulaTechnologies is seeking a Lead Logistics Engineer for Internal Logistics Engineering and continuous improvement projects. This position develops optimal networks for automatic and manual delivery while supporting manufacturing ramp-up. You will complete front-end engineering, estimate infrastructure needs, and contribute to cost justification. The work also includes station design, launch coordination, and production metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Develop material delivery strategies for new product introductions
Plan Tier 1 module delivery and sequence commodities
Define kitting, bulk delivery, and small-lot strategies




Estimate automation, docks, equipment, and surface area
Lead Kaizen workshops and lean manufacturing initiatives
Requirements: Experience with internal logistics network development
Knowledge of material delivery strategy design
Ability to perform logistics front-end engineering
Ability to support special studies for cost justification
Ability to track launch and throughput metrics
Use material flow design, logistics engineering, and lean improvement skills to support successful product introductions and station readiness.
