The Director of Fleet & Commercial Operations will build and grow a commercial operation across three dealerships. This senior leader will support vehicle selection, ordering, upfitting, delivery, service, and replacement. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations and oversees strategy, accounts, OEM relationships, financial performance, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the fleet team
Create one fleet strategy across three dealerships
Grow strategic, national, government, and small-business accounts
Manage OEM relationships, allocation, and fleet programs
Oversee ordering,



inventory, logistics, and deliveries
Requirements: Automotive fleet, commercial vehicle, leasing, or retail experience
Proven record leading high-performing teams
Knowledge of factory ordering and OEM fleet programs
Experience with major accounts, tenders, or national customers
Solid financial, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Build Roy Foss fleet operations through strategic leadership, commercial expertise, OEM knowledge, and disciplined customer-focused execution.
