Support AIRMAN Power Generators and Air Compressors as an English-proficient Field Service Technician based in Canada and travelling to the United States.
Alliance North America provides technical expertise through its Support Team, serving core customers with installation, training, troubleshooting, and repairs. This remote and on-the-road position is preferred in the Greater Toronto Area. The technician communicates service information, studies ANA products, and contributes practical feedback to engineering and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities: Support customers with AIRMAN generators and air compressors
Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, installations, and equipment training
Communicate service information and maintain accurate documentation




Operate ANA vehicles safely under company procedures
Travel to customers and meetings across North America
Requirements: At least two years of hands-on technical experience
Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems
Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency for reporting and documentation
Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States
Bring field diagnostics, mechanical expertise, and customer training capability to ANA’s growing North American equipment support operation.
