As a Senior Project Manager, you will develop execution strategies for large, complex projects and coordinate resources toward operational objectives. You will lead construction projects, mentor project staff and managers, and oversee plans, schedules, safety, quality control, and delegated work. Experience with OSP networks, FTTH projects, construction documents, and budgets supports this work.
Key Responsibilities: Lead health, safety, and environmental protection across project activities
Oversee design efforts, managers, coordinators, and project controls
Develop construction schedules and monitor project milestones




Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Manage subcontractor selection, procurement, negotiations, risks, and financial reporting
Requirements: Five or more years managing telecom or similar construction projects
Experience managing OSP networks or FTTH projects
Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and methodologies
Robust understanding of construction costs and budgets
Organizational, planning, communication, and collaboration skills
Bring telecom construction leadership, OSP or FTTH experience, and disciplined project controls to Ledcor Technical Services.
