As a Senior Planner, you will optimize schedules supporting successful project execution. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and external contractors. Your work covers procurement input, contractor schedule reviews, milestones, resource loading, and approved project changes.
Key Responsibilities: Review contractor and vendor schedules and recommend improvements
Monitor contractual schedule commitments and contractor performance
Incorporate engineering, procurement, construction, and vendor milestones
Maintain resource, labor, and commodity loading profiles




Assess schedule impacts from approved project changes
Requirements: 8–12+ years of planning and scheduling experience
Strong engineering, procurement, and construction delivery understanding
Experience supporting EPCM, mining, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects
Familiarity with contract administration and commercial project controls
Robust stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
Use construction scheduling, contractor coordination, and change management expertise to support Hatch project execution and delivery objectives.
