ACCU-STAFF is recruiting a Manager of Supplier Quality to strengthen supplier performance and product quality. This manufacturing position works with Purchasing, Materials, and Engineering while supporting supplier qualification, IATF16949 compliance, and timely PPAP approval. Critical thinking supports proactive quality-system improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct supplier process and system audits
Perform supplier risk, capability, and capacity evaluations
Support qualification of products, materials, and suppliers
Collaborate with Purchasing, Materials, and Engineering
Track and manage supplier quality concerns
Requirements: Five-plus years of Supplier Quality manufacturing experience
Five years of automotive industry experience
Required post-secondary education
Critical-thinking approach to quality-system improvement
Experience developing and maintaining supplier procedures
Use automotive supplier development, audit, and quality-system experience to support reliable launches and supplier results.
