The Merchandising Manager supports senior merchandising leadership, Nature's Treasure, directors, and Franchisees. This role develops merchandising strategies, manages promotional activity, and maintains standards. Success includes analyzing performance, addressing gaps, and supporting sales, profit, and market share objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop store action plans based on profit and loss
Plan weekly flyer and seasonal promotional item selections
Review store advertising orders against financial targets
Manage merchandising communications and flyer proofing
Guide Franchisees and department managers on standards
Requirements: Retail management and merchandising operations experience
Minimum three years of managerial experience
Required RHN or equivalent certification
Valid Ontario driver license with travel ability
Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook skills
