Lead global ratings and reviews at lululemon, shaping product discovery, guest confidence, and conversion through trusted feedback systems. This hybrid role requires onsite collaboration four days weekly.
As Global Ratings and Reviews Manager, you will own an end-to-end capability within Search and Discovery. You will define strategy, govern review quality, and connect feedback with digital experiences. The work spans product, organic search, loyalty, legal, technology, merchandising, and ecommerce partners globally.
Key Responsibilities: Own global ratings and reviews strategy, roadmap, and performance
Design review collection, governance, moderation, and syndication systems
Manage third-party platforms, vendors, and tooling improvements
Partner with technology on platform requirements and data flows




Convert review data into product and digital roadmap insights
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated expertise in a related discipline
Experience operating ratings and reviews programs in ecommerce environments
Understanding of collection, moderation, and syndication approaches
Experience with third-party platforms such as Bazaarvoice
Ability to build governance, interpret data, and influence roadmaps
Shape trusted ratings and reviews at lululemon through strategy, governance, platforms, data, and cross-functional digital leadership.
