This permanent full time Project Manager opportunity uses a hybrid work model and requires leadership across complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will create attainable objectives, manage requirements and triple constraints, coordinate resources, and maintain visibility for senior sponsors. Experience with Planview or similar portfolio management tools supports the work.
Key Responsibilities: Create project objectives, requirements, plans, and core documentation
Apply appropriate agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Coordinate resources with sponsors and key stakeholders
Oversee budgets, multi-year financials, and benefits realization




Deliver concise reporting and presentations to senior executives
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Five-plus years managing complex project portfolios or workstreams
Experience with Planview or comparable project management tools
Experience managing budgets and demonstrating strong financial acumen
Ability to influence difficult stakeholders, including vice presidents
Bring enterprise planning, resource management, budget oversight, and executive communication skills to Sobeys' cross-functional project portfolio.
