Key Responsibilities: Improve performance through process controls and standardized work
Eliminate variation, waste, scrap, defects, and rework
Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
Maintain PFMEAs, control plans, audits, and risk systems




Analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities
Requirements: Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related technical degree
Seven or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process control methods
Success reducing defects, scrap, rework, and variation
Solid analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Lead manufacturing quality, Lean improvement, and process control initiatives that strengthen Toro Aluminum’s operational performance.
