Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Solid expertise in production management, supply chain,



operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams
Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM certifications, an MBA, or a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation are considered strong assets
