You will support DTC and ecommerce brands through creative strategy, paid media, client communication, and scalable testing frameworks. The work includes extracting insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments, then translating them into stronger angles and briefs.
Key Responsibilities: Develop creative testing roadmaps and campaign angles
Write briefs for editors and analyze winning creative
Work with UGC creators on talent, scripts, and content




Guide creative strategy across client accounts
Help scale approaches that demonstrate results
Requirements: Meta Ads management experience with real advertising spend
Ability to demonstrate CPA, ROAS, or revenue results
Experience writing UGC scripts or creative briefs
Ability to collaborate with editors on ad variations
