Shape retail intermediary and institutional strategy at Manulife Investment Management through portfolio decisions, growth choices, and executable roadmaps.
As AVP, Strategy, you will partner with three executive leaders across North America Intermediary, Global Product, and Institutional. The role connects client needs, distribution, products, investments, finance, and transformation. You will frame strategic choices and translate ambition into measurable business and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Frame growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and investment trade-offs
Develop integrated strategy for target clients and intermediaries
Translate strategy into sequenced roadmaps, milestones, and measures
Prioritize product and capability portfolio investment decisions




Lead executive strategy discussions, planning, and governance
Requirements: At least twelve years of progressively senior relevant experience
Experience in strategy, transformation, corporate development, or consulting
Robust wealth and asset management experience
Knowledge of intermediary and institutional distribution
Understanding of investment products and public and private markets
Bring enterprise-wide judgment, commercial insight, and strategic leadership to Manulife Investment Management’s interconnected mandates.
