This senior manager oversees roadway design and construction support across Ontario and Quebec, from concept development through implementation. You will lead transportation professionals, project portfolios, technical interfaces, agency submissions, and program development. The scope includes road reconstruction, complete streets, active transportation, transit infrastructure, intersections, and corridor improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead municipal roadway, complete streets, transit, and intersection projects
Coordinate structures, drainage, traffic, illumination, utilities, and geotechnical interfaces

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
15–20 years of senior transportation engineering responsibility
Strong municipal roadway and transportation engineering experience
Experience managing scope, schedules, resources, and design risk
Strong engineering judgment and client-facing communication skills
