Strengthen established and newer dental clinics across the Greater Toronto Area through hands-on leadership and team development. Regular travel is required.
This Regional Director, Operations leads a portfolio of up to five or six clinics while supporting teams through change. You will set expectations for Clinic Managers, develop clinic leaders, and coordinate with Doctors and Support Office partners. Success includes improving business performance while helping newer practices ramp up.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Clinic Managers through coaching and clear expectations
Build effective clinic teams and working relationships
Support newer clinics as they ramp up
Help teams adopt programs, processes, and recent working methods
Provide hands-on support while travelling between clinics
Requirements: Progressive dental operations leadership experience
Experience leading teams through organizational change
Clinic performance improvement track record
Strong communication with clinical and operational teams
Hands-on leadership style and travel flexibility
Apply hands-on leadership, change management, and dental operations experience across a growing Greater Toronto Area clinic portfolio.
