As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will support geotechnical team goals while monitoring staff operations and coordinating field execution. The work includes preparing reports, managing project financials and schedules, developing proposals, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. You will also contribute to safety programs and multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor geotechnical staff operations and support team goals
Supervise fieldwork coordination and execution across geotechnical services
Prepare or review geotechnical reports and proposals




Manage project financials, schedules, and client communications
Coach junior and intermediate geotechnical staff
Requirements: Degree in geotechnical, civil, or geological engineering
Ten to fifteen years of geotechnical consulting experience
Proven client relationship management and leadership skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Robust communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
