Pillway is seeking a seasoned Pharmacist and operations leader to run day-to-day pharmacy operations across Ontario, BC, and Manitoba. You will lead the Pharmacy Managers at each site and manage intake and processing teams, while building standardized workflows and KPIs.
You will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and work closely with the Chief Pharmacist and Director of Pharmacy Compliance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
