This position coordinates senior management, superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and consultants. Responsibilities span schedules, costs, drawings, change orders, procurement, safety, quality, and completion.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate tunneling, infrastructure, and construction project execution
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders
Track risks, scope changes, claims, variations, and mitigation plans

Resolve issues with clients, consultants, engineers, and municipalities
Requirements: Eight or more years managing construction projects
Civil infrastructure or underground construction experience preferred
Knowledge of tunneling, microtunneling, shafts, sewers, or trenchless construction
Strong scheduling, contractual, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Degree or diploma; PMP certification is an asset
