Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and manage case team performance
Hire and develop future practice leaders
Track turnaround times, satisfaction, retention, and financial performance
Provide legal guidance on complex files
Build quality-control processes and practice capacity
Requirements: Canadian law licence in positive standing
Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree
At least two years practicing Canadian immigration law
Proven team management or supervisory experience
Comfort using technology and AI tools daily
