Coordinate manufacturing partnerships and business operations at ETC, supporting Calgary-designed controllers, sensors, solar panels, and valves.
ETC’s Operations Manager owns the systems and relationships that keep products moving from suppliers and manufacturing partners to customers. You will oversee supply chain activities, inventory, purchasing, quality, contracts, customer concerns, outbound shipments, and returns. You will also lead people, planning, compliance, facilities, IT, and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain supplier relationships and timely materials, products, and services
Oversee purchasing, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and costs
Support customer relationships, shipments, returns, and issue resolution
Maintain operational systems meeting industry and international quality standards




Develop teams, resource plans, budgets, and improvement opportunities
Requirements: Five to eight years’ operations experience with supply chain focus
Supplier and vendor management experience across timelines, costs, and quality
Hands-on purchasing, inventory, and ERP systems experience
Experience leading, supporting, and developing a team
Ability to manage supply chain, quality, facilities, IT, and safety
Apply integrated operations leadership across suppliers, manufacturing partners, customers, and internal teams at ETC in Calgary.
