As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work at the intersection of customer needs, software development, and LumApps AI technologies. You will embed with strategic customers, prototype solutions for real workflows, and deliver live AI Agents within rapid cycles. Your feedback will guide Core R&D;, while your custom solutions can become repeatable Industry Vertical Packs for the platform.
Key Responsibilities: Embed with customers during technical discovery and workshops
Identify high-friction workflows across complex enterprise environments
Prototype AI Agents using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs
Navigate constraints to deliver live,



ROI-generating AI solutions
Contribute integration patterns and code to Core R&D;
Requirements: Six-plus years of engineering or technical deployment experience
Customer-facing experience and robust analytical thinking
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python
Comfort with React, backend API design, and software development
Curiosity about RAG architecture, AI frameworks, and Agentic workflows
Use customer-facing engineering, full-stack fluency, and emerging AI knowledge to deliver integrated LumApps solutions.
