As an engineer leading technical delivery, you will design and execute projects with support from multiple CIMA+ disciplines. Your work spans solar, wind, BESS, microgrids, fleet and personal vehicle electrification. You will also apply power systems analysis and utility interconnection expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor local engineering teams and guide deliverable package assembly
Manage renewable energy and vehicle electrification technical designs
Design behind-the-meter Battery Energy Storage Systems
Develop high-voltage utility interconnection packages and protection coordination
Manage project budgets, schedules,



quality, site visits, and commissioning
Requirements: University degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering preferred
Skilled Engineering association registration in Canada
More than 10 years’ experience, including five relevant years
Fluent English with strong technical writing and reporting skills
Knowledge of North American energy policies and standards advantageous
Lead CIMA+ energy transition projects through transportation electrification, renewable energy design, utility studies, and delivery.
