As Director of Retail Operations, you will oversee the MacLeod, Northland Mall, and FCA locations. Reporting to the President/Managing Partner, you will coach store managers, improve operational execution, and connect profitability, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Coach store managers and develop leadership succession opportunities
Manage budgets, sales, payroll, and performance improvements
Establish processes and improve execution across locations
Oversee replenishment, transfers, counts, and loss prevention
Guide merchandising, launches,



promotions, and customer service
Requirements: Five years’ retail leadership experience or related industry experience
Store Manager success and multi-location oversight experience
Five years’ strategic, financial, and people-management responsibility
Skills in budgeting, sales analysis, labour planning, and merchandising
Valid Class 5 licence and location flexibility
