Apply advanced Excel and derivatives operations expertise as a Cash, Collateral & Settlements Operations Associate at CPP Investments. This is a 12-month contract.
Support investment operations across public and private markets, focusing on collateral management, transaction settlements, investment accounting, and operational controls. Work with Investment Departments, Finance, Legal, Risk, and external counterparties. Maintain accurate investment records across IBOR, sub-ledgers, and ABOR while resolving operational issues.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee transaction processing, settlements, and position validation workflows
Support investment closings, system setups, and settlement coordination
Process margin calls and allocate eligible collateral
Resolve margin disputes,



reconciliation breaks, and settlement issues
Improve automation and straight-through processing using AI-enabled tools
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or related college diploma
At least five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of derivatives operations and collateral management
Solid financial accounting and analytical skills
Advanced Excel and complex workflow management abilities
Bring derivatives, collateral, settlement, accounting, and control expertise to CPP Investments' global investment operations team.
