Coordinate transportation routes, driver resources, and service recovery in a full time city planning assignment. Use Truckmate and Isaac to keep customer deliveries moving efficiently.
Working with Operations, you will plan daily and next-day routes around customer requirements, appointments, closures, weather, and available equipment. You will communicate with drivers, morning dispatch, dock staff, Highway, Logistics, and Customer Experience teams. The position also supports dedicated runs, temperature-controlled freight, and night dispatch.
Key Responsibilities: Build next-business-day load plans around delivery requirements and appointments
Schedule driver resources for upcoming delivery and pickup volumes




Communicate delays and implement recovery of service plans
Prepare Truckmate trips and provide trailer load cards
Track freight, equipment, paperwork, and delivery activity
Requirements: Three or more years in the transportation industry
High school diploma or equivalent
Truckmate experience is an asset
Google Workspace proficiency is an asset
Availability Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 10:30pm
Bring transportation planning, route optimization, dispatch communication, and service recovery skills to daily customer delivery operations.
