This senior contract role bridges operational stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical configuration teams. You will support MAS Manage, Health, Predict, and Asset Condition Management through discovery, fit-gap analysis, and functional design. The assignment requires hands-on experience from Maximo 7.6.1+ through MAS 8.x or 9.x.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Map current and future-state EAM workflows
Author functional specifications and traceability documents




Align configuration decisions with business intent
Lead testing, training, cutover, and hypercare activities
Requirements: Five or more years as a Maximo Functional Analyst or Architect
Recent MAS 8.x or 9.x delivery experience
Deep knowledge of core EAM business processes
Experience with migration, validation, and reconciliation
Solid facilitation, communication, and analytical skills
