Build scalable GTM-to-Delivery systems remotely from Greater Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa as Cohere’s Business Systems Analyst.
The Delivery Operations Analyst turns nebulous operational needs into actionable workflows for Cohere’s Deal Desk process. You will identify manual inefficiencies, implement and test automations, monitor outcomes, and iterate across the workflow. Accurate Salesforce and Mission Control records will support delivery execution and coordinated customer handoffs.
Key Responsibilities: Identify repetitive work and automation opportunities across workflows
Design, implement, test, monitor, and improve automations
Maintain process documentation, workflows, and operational playbooks




Investigate data inconsistencies and drive corrective resolution
Support timely handoffs between GTM, Deal Desk, and EPM
Requirements: Two to four years in analysis, operations, or coordination
Strong automation skills and experience with multiple AI tools
Process-oriented approach to systematizing actionable work
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage processes involving multiple stakeholders
Use systems thinking, AI-enabled automation, and process improvement to strengthen Cohere’s enterprise delivery operations.
