This senior project management assignment centers on complex CRM implementations with multiple teams, integrations, and dependencies. You will contribute directly to detailed deliverables while organizing follow-up, challenging work, and maintaining momentum. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate CRM implementation work across integrated team structures
Track schedules, dependencies, risks, decisions, and commitments
Develop mitigation scenarios for anticipated project risks




Follow up on work and challenge issues constructively
Present synthesized complex issues to senior management
Requirements: Senior experience managing complex CRM implementation mandates
At least one multi-team CRM implementation with integrations
Salesforce implementation experience is preferred
Documented interaction with steering committees and decision-makers
Political skill and influence without hierarchical authority
Use Salesforce or comparable CRM implementation experience to coordinate dependencies, detailed deliverables, risks, and senior stakeholder decisions.
