Ce que tu feras Contribuer à toutes les phases du cycle de développement du produit, de la collecte des besoins au support opérationnel
Collaborer avec les Product Owners et les parties prenantes pour comprendre les exigences et définir des solutions techniques
Clarifier et affiner les exigences de fonctionnalités fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles
Servir de ressource technique et de défenseur de l'innovation et de l'amélioration continue
Contribuer aux activités de développement et d'infrastructure cloud native
Appliquer des compétences Linux avancées pour la gestion de serveurs de test, les audits de sécurité et le dépannage
Ce que tu apporteras: Master en informatique, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
10+ ans d'expérience dans le développement de produits logiciels ou télécoms
Expérience pratique avec 5G Core (5GC), CCD ou CNIS (obligatoire)
Expérience récente de développement natif cloud-pratique
Compétences avancées sur Linux
Expérience dans les environnements de développement de produits Agile
Connaissance des produits UDM ou capacité démontrée à apprendre rapidement
Une grande connaissance des composants CNF pour un cœur 5G (actif solide)

Join a globally distributed, highly skilled team working on the UCC (Unified Cloud Communications) product in Montreal. The team operates across the full development lifecycle - from initial requirements through to operational support - in a collaborative, agile, and technically diverse environment. As an experienced hands-on contributor and informal technical lead, you will help ensure the product meets market needs and quality standards.
What You Will Do Contribute across all phases of the product development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to operational support




Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions
Clarify and refine both functional and non-functional feature requirements
Serve as a technical resource and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement
Contribute to cloud-native development and cloud infrastructure activities
Apply advanced Linux skills for test server management, security audits, and troubleshooting
The skills you will bring: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in software or telecom product development
Hands-on experience with 5G Core (5GC), CCD, or CNIS (required)
Recent, practical cloud-native development experience
Advanced Linux skills
Experience in Agile product development environments
Knowledge of UDM products or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Deep familiarity with CNF components for a 5G Core (strong asset)

Your Pay The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of 3 medical and dental plan options that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Core level coverage is paid for fully by Ericsson.




Your Financial Security We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Ericsson’s Group Retirement & Savings Program offers an automatic 2% company contribution into the Pension Plan. Ericsson also offers a 50% match of employee’s contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 8% of the employee’s contribution (maximum of 4% match). This leads to a total company contribution potential of 6%. Employees will also receive basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage at two-times annual base pay at no cost, as well as short-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. Recent employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, plus at least 3 personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
