This Controller reports to corporate finance while aligning locally with operational departments. The position suits an accounting professional with six to ten years of progressive experience and recent leadership responsibilities. You will oversee full-cycle accounting, improve processes, and support software implementation across project operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage general ledger, payables, receivables, and payroll supervision
Produce monthly and annual statements, reports, and performance indicators
Refine percentage-of-completion Work in Progress accounting




Analyze project costs and variances with department leaders
Oversee controls, cash flow, audits, and tax compliance
Requirements: Required Chartered Skilled Accountant designation
Six to ten years progressive accounting experience
Strong Work in Progress project accounting expertise
Construction, trades, or project-based services experience preferred
