Build client-facing software with coding agents as a Senior Product Engineer at 15Rock, working in person five days weekly in Toronto’s Financial District.
You will own product problems from client conversations through shipped software. The work spans interface, back end, data, and AI workflows, with close attention to source-based testing. You will decide what to build, write transparent briefs, and improve products after release.
Key Responsibilities: Meet clients and users to understand current workflows
Decide product scope and write build-ready briefs
Build interfaces, APIs, data, and AI workflows
Read code and test outputs against sources
Ship products and improve them through usage
Requirements: Shipped software that people use and can demonstrate
Daily experience with coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor
Ability to work across interface, back end, and data
Experience taking LLM features beyond demonstrations
Strong product judgment and clear written communication
Bring product judgment, full-stack engineering, and coding-agent expertise to client-critical software at 15Rock in Toronto.
