Key Responsibilities: Review cash flows and valuation models
Research markets, industries, multiples, and transactions
Deliver fairness opinions and purchase price allocations
Manage budgets, WIP, billing, and collections
Coach team members and conduct performance reviews
Requirements: Four years of professional services experience
Financial analysis and valuations background
Demonstrated people management capability
Proven relationship-building and leadership skills
Ability to travel as necessary
Bring financial modelling, valuation analysis, and people leadership to MNP’s client-focused advisory engagements across diverse business needs.
