Key Responsibilities: Build and evolve Superhuman Mail’s MCP platform and standards
Design and ship agentic workflows and personalization features
Build evaluations that measure quality and catch regressions
Select models for different tasks and explore alternatives
Provide AI building blocks to teams across Superhuman
Requirements: Four to seven-plus years of software engineering experience
Strong backend foundation with Python, TypeScript, or Go
Production experience shipping LLM-powered features
Experience building evaluations for LLM quality
Familiarity with MCP tools or eagerness to learn
