You will expand strategic partnerships, improve penetration and retention, and strengthen partner propositions through pricing, underwriting, product, marketing, and service alignment. Collaboration spans senior leaders and enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities: Strengthen sponsor, association, and Affinity partner relationships
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic relationships
Lead partner acquisition and complex commercial negotiations
Improve conversion, productivity, retention, and customer outcomes

Requirements: National sales leadership accountability across multiple partner segments
Track record delivering profitable growth at scale
Strategic partnership and executive relationship management success
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Business or commerce degree, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred
