As Salesforce Technical Lead, you will guide a delivery team across scalable customer- and employee-facing solutions. Translate requirements into technical stories, designs, and implementation plans while collaborating with Product Owners, Product Management, and the Salesforce Solution Architect. Apply Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, integrations, security, testing, and DevOps practices. The position is permanent and includes people leadership for developers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce design, development, testing, and release activities
Break complex requirements into technical stories, dependencies, and plans
Review code, configuration, designs, and technical changes




Remove blockers and coordinate decisions across delivery teams
Mentor, coach, and manage Salesforce developers and contractors
Requirements: Minimum eight years delivering enterprise software solutions
Minimum three years as Salesforce Technical Lead or equivalent
Robust Salesforce design, development, configuration, and integration knowledge
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and source control
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required within twelve months
