In this senior management role at Maersk, you will lead managers, supervisors, and operational teams supporting transportation execution. You will partner with Vendor Management, FinOps, Safety, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders. The work centers on service, safety, compliance, productivity, business continuity, and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coach managers, supervisors, and operational teams
Set accountability through performance management and succession planning
Partner cross-functionally to convert input into operational actions
Ensure service, safety, compliance, and performance expectations




Independently manage matters and escalate material risks
Requirements: Significant logistics, transportation, or trucking leadership experience
Experience leading daily operational execution teams
Robust people leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage non-routine operational matters independently
British Columbia transportation requirements knowledge is an asset
