The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis leads core planning activities while supporting long-term, profitable growth. You will act as a financial advisor, present business cases, and propose solutions for assigned business units. The position also involves developing staff, managing reporting accuracy, and supporting change.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as financial advisor to internal stakeholders
Challenge assumptions to improve overall profitability
Propose solutions for business decision-making
Manage report preparation, review, and accuracy
Recruit, coach, and supervise finance staff
Requirements: Five years of related experience
Post-secondary finance or accounting education required
Strong communication across all management levels
Business acumen and operational analysis experience
Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
Combine financial leadership, business partnering, and profitability insight to advance Livingston’s strategic priorities and financial performance.
