Lead data centre delivery at Fluor with HSE leadership and commercial project controls across mission-critical facilities and complex execution phases.
As Project Director, you will manage medium to large-scale data centre projects exceeding 60MW and mission-critical facilities. The work spans preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. You will guide technical, commercial, stakeholder, and delivery activities under Fluor requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead data centre projects through commissioning and turnover
Maintain HSE culture across every project phase
Manage budgets, schedules, baselines, and change control
Coordinate Owner ICT teams, vendors, and design teams
Deliver reporting, start-up, close-out,



and contract compliance
Requirements: Four-year applicable degree and twelve years’ related experience
Or sixteen years’ combined education and directly related experience
Technical knowledge necessary to complete project responsibilities
Effective communication with clients, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
Ability to travel to site locations when required
Bring data centre delivery, HSE, commercial controls, and stakeholder leadership to Fluor’s mission-critical project portfolio.
