As a Senior Associate, you will support and lead M&A;, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates. You will work directly with clients and senior leadership while helping develop analysts. The role requires valuation, presentation, project management, and market research capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead key workstreams across M&A; and strategic advisory mandates
Build detailed DCF, LBO, and comparable company models
Prepare CIMs, pitch materials, and management presentations
Coordinate due diligence with teams and external advisors
Mentor analysts and oversee deliverable quality
Requirements: Four to eight plus years in investment banking or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
Robust financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
