This Site Superintendent owns daily site execution from shoring through occupancy for an established residential developer and builder. You will manage subtrades, staff, activities, documentation, and safety requirements. The position calls for construction management experience, platform proficiency, and familiarity with Alberta codes and municipal inspection processes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee site logistics, materials, and construction scheduling
Manage subtrades, staff, and high-volume site activity
Enforce OHSA requirements and health and safety policies




Inspect progress and maintain quality control standards
Liaise with consultants, engineers, inspectors, and officials
Requirements: Five or more years in construction management
Ground-up delivery experience through occupancy
Strong knowledge of curtain wall and M&E; integration
Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or construction platforms
Solid organizational and communication capabilities
Bring operational discipline, safety leadership, and construction expertise to coordinate high-rise site execution through final occupancy.
