This senior technical position focuses on AI-powered applications beyond proof-of-concept delivery. You will make architectural decisions balancing autonomy, predictability, scalability, cost, and maintainability. Collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams will connect business needs with practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Architect agentic harnesses, LLMs, tools, APIs, and enterprise systems
Balance autonomy, predictability, scalability, cost, and maintainability
Evaluate emerging models, frameworks, and development approaches
Assess technical feasibility and translate business needs into solutions




Mentor colleagues and evolve Osedea’s agentic practices
Requirements: Five or more years of skilled architecture and development experience
Understanding of tool use, orchestration, context management, and RAG
Experience integrating models with services, systems, and enterprise data
Infrastructure design experience across storage, compute, identity, and policies
Strong communication and technical decision-making skills
