You will define shared-system direction for Invoice Simple, helping teams move faster through dependable foundations. The work spans platform strategy, technical trade-offs, customer data, and AI-enabled development.
Key Responsibilities: Define shared-systems vision and roadmap for Invoice Simple squads
Own subscriptions, billing, entitlements, and email deliverability
Lead event collection, data orchestration, and customer data
Measure reliability, security, versioning, and release health
Modernize coding,



testing, review, release, and developer experience
Requirements: Technical fluency and an AI-native product management approach
Experience prioritizing platform work using business impact
Ability to partner with software, DevOps, and data engineers
Ability to prototype with AI and deliver commitments
