Requirements: 15 years construction experience, including 10 years cost control
Robust Earned Value Management knowledge
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and estimating
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or Engineering
Knowledge of SAP, Primavera, Hard Dollar, or Accubid
