This Senior Project Manager joins a Project Management Office on a 12-month contract. The work spans business transformation, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, regulatory, and operational improvement programs. You will guide complex initiatives across business and technology teams in a regulated financial services workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Lead complex enterprise-wide initiatives from initiation through post-project review
Manage plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and quality assurance frameworks
Establish governance, risk, issue, change control, and compliance processes
Engage executives, governance committees, vendors, and delivery teams




Support organizational change, communications, training, adoption, and readiness
Requirements: 10+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional project management initiatives
Experience delivering transformation, modernization, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or regulatory programs
Agile and Waterfall delivery experience in complex environments
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise project management tools
Bachelor’s degree and required PMP certification
