Lead production AI automation for Oyster’s global teams, combining LLM agents, APIs, and orchestration tools in a fully remote role.
As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will make business functions more AI native through practical operating-model redesign. You will partner with leaders across People, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other functions as priorities evolve. Your hands-on scope includes agentic workflows, integrations, enterprise data, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Reimagine manual workflows around human and AI collaboration
Build reliable agents, automations, integrations, and agentic workflows
Own design, deployment, adoption, and improvement
Embed reusable prompts and AI-powered ways of working




Share patterns and raise capability across engineers
Requirements: Three-plus years of hands-on AI and automation experience
Complex initiative leadership from ambiguity to measurable impact
Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies
Business systems integration through APIs, webhooks, and authentication
Solid judgement about appropriate AI use
Develop production AI automation while balancing maintainability, data quality, risk, and human oversight at Oyster.
