The Senior Manager oversees real estate, land acquisition, and land management functions supporting corporate strategic objectives and long-term municipal planning. The position develops a 15-20-year outlook, guides capital planning, and advises leadership and Council. It also coordinates acquisition, disposition, leasing, conveyancing, rights-of-way, easements, and encroachments.

Establish consistent land management frameworks and processes

high-value negotiations and property transactions
Maintain the City’s Land Inventory System
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related discipline
Significant real estate, acquisition, development, and conveyancing experience
MCI or R.I. (B.C.) accreditation
Knowledge of legislation, appraisal, valuation, and acquisition processes
Valid British Columbia driver’s license
